Lactalis cheese store opens in Nampa one day a week

NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — Treasure Valley residents and visitors now have the opportunity to buy fresh dairy products directly from Lactalis American Group, Inc. at its on-site Cultured by Lactalis cheese store in Nampa.

The Cultured by Lactalis cheese store is open to the public every Friday from noon to 6:00 p.m. and is located at the Nampa plant location at 4912 E Franklin Road.

Cultured by Lactalis cheese store provides customers the opportunity to purchase and enjoy some of the freshest cheese products available. The Nampa facility’s cheese store was first opened in July 2021 for employees only.

“We’re very proud of the cheese we make here at the Lactalis Nampa facility and have been looking for ways to expand how we share the tastiest, freshest cheese with our customers,” said Olivier Delobbe, Nampa Site Director. “Our store was originally opened as a way to give back to our amazing team of over 800 employees. Now we’re extending that gratitude to our local community, giving our neighbors an opportunity to enjoy the delicious products we make.”

The store includes a “Made in Nampa” section, where customers can find a variety of Galbani mozzarella, shred and fresh mozzarella products along with mascarpone made on-site in Nampa.

Dedicated customer parking is available directly in front of the store during store hours on Fridays. For those planning to visit the store, please note sales are credit card only.
